Support Members

A THO Support Member is an individual or organization that does not provide hospice services but is aligned with the work of hospice and THO.

These members believe in the goals of THO and wish to support the organization through membership.  Support Members are not entitled to vote.

Annual dues for Support Members are $350.  To become a member, simply download, complete and send in the Support Member Application.
