Support Members

A THO Support Member is an individual or organization that does not provide hospice services but is aligned with the work of hospice and THO.

These members believe in the goals of THO and wish to support the organization through membership.  Support Members are not entitled to vote.

THO will:

• -Include your company logo, brief description, and link to your website on the THO website
• -Notify THO members of your support and encourage them to visit your website in our newsletter
• -Invite you to participate as one of a limited number of sponsors at our education events.

Annual dues for Support Members are $350 and are made payable to "Tennessee Hospice Organization." To become a member, simply complete and send in the Support Member Application  along with your payment to:
